Should I buy a one wick, or two wick candle? 

• There's no right or wrong answer to this question. Truthfully it all comes down to preference, and ultimately where that candle will live. For smaller compact spaces like a bedroom, or bathroom we recommend a single wick, if the space is much larger we recommend a double wick. 

How long should I light my candle?

• We usually recommend a burn session of at least 3-4 hours to ensure the wax melts evenly to prevent tunneling 

What is tunneling and how do I prevent it? 

• It happens when the wax around the wick melts and burns downward. How to prevent it is by ensuring the first burn is at least 3-4 hours. Wax has a memory and the first burn essentially sets the radius of the melt. 

 

How often should the reed sticks be flipped?

• We recommend flipping once you notice the scent fading or whenever you would like a burst of the fragrance in your home. Typically once a week should suffice.

How long will my Reed diffuser last? 

• Anywhere from 2-3 months. 

Should I add water to my diffuser? 

• No, Oil and water do not mix, we highly recommend never adding water to your diffuser

How ofter should I replaced the reed sticks

• We recommend replacing them once they permanently stop diffusing
